Mari masakkk...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;Bahan - bahan : &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;2 bh Jagung manis ( dipipil )&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;1 bh Wortel ( iris dadu )&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;Daun seldri&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;Daun bawang&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;1/4 kg Dada ayam ( potong dadu )&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;4 bh Bakso ( potong sesuai selera )&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;1 butir Telur&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;Tepung maizena secukupnya ( cairkan dgn air)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;250 ltr Air or dikira-kira dech biar pas... :)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;Bumbu yang dihaluskan :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;2 siung Bawang putih&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;10 btr Mrica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;garam secukupnya&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;Pala secukupnya&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;Bumbu yang diiris :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;1/4 btr bawang bombay&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;2 siung bawang putih&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;Margarin untuk menumis&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;Cara membuat :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:georgia;"&gt;Tumis bumbu yang diiris , bawang bombay &amp;amp; bawang putih serta bumbu yang dihaluskan sampai harum. Masukkan ayam dan bakso. Mau ta tinggal tidur aja tapi udah terlanjur berantakan semua. Akhirnya dilanjut sampe jam 11 malem. Pagi hari baru dijepret deh cakenya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Ternyata satu resep jadi 2 cake sedang n 4 cup cake. Tapi berhubung susah akhirnya pergilah aq dengan Budi, sepupu-qu ke toko ADA cari rolling kue. Setelah muter-muter di toko yang ada rolling yang pake kayu padahal maunya yang pake aluminium. Akhirnya terpaksa dari pada ga ada dibelilah rolling kayu. Ternyata dipake juga malah lengket ke rolling semua. Akhirnya balik lagi pake botol :D. Fondant yang aq beli ternyata juga kurang sedikit, padahal pas taun kemaren itu yang jual di Tegal ga ada. Aq bawa fondantnya dari semarang. Dengan akal2an si Aji, adekku itu fondant ditarik2 bawahnya plus dibasahin pake air agar nutupin kue nya :). Jadi bikinnya gotong royong hehehe... &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Yaa... namanya juga cake pertama, hiasan juga masih apa adanya. So biar tambah seru ikutan ngramein aja dengan menyodorkan Roti maryam modifikasi ala diriqu :).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Resep dasarnya hasil browsing dapet dari Bu Fatmah tapi aq modif sendiri aja seperti berikut :&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Roti Maryam "Pisang Keju"&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bahan :&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;500 gr Tepung terigu protein tinggi ( aq pake Cakra )&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;125 gr margarin (bagi 2, yang separuh dicairkan )&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 butir kuning telur ( kalo diresep pake putihnya juga)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;200 ml air&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Garam secukupnya ( aq ga pake, takut keasinan :) )&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Topping :&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;12 buah pisang raja ( potong tipis-tipis )&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Keju &amp;amp; susu&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;p&gt;Cara membuat :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Kocok lepas telur, masukkan terigu dan separuh margarin. Tuangkan air sedikit demi sedikit. Uleni adonan hingga kalis. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Bagi adonan menjadi 12 bagian bulatan, olesi bagian atasnya dengan mentega cair. Tutup dan diamkan selama 4 jam.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Setelah 4 jam,tipiskan adonan sampai benar-benar tipis, olesi atasnya dengan mentega cair, lalu gulung seperti mewiru kain ( biasanya akan bolong-bolong/sobek).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Setelah digulung memanjang, kemudian gulung kedua ujung adonan melingkar kedalam sampai bertemu ditengah. Kemudian tumpuk adonan tsb.Diamkan lagi 30 menit.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Pipihkan adonan dengan ketebalan menurut selera. Tata potongan pisang raja di salah satu sisinya( jangan lupa ditekan supaya tidak lepas :) ) &lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Panggang roti di atas wajan anti lengket bersemir mentega hingga matang. Api harus kecil supaya matang merata. Apalagi kalo inget perjuangan pas beli bahan-bahan buat soes ini yang sempet ketinggalan di Alfamart pas mau beli susu. Begitu udah nyampe rumah baru inget, tepung dll ketinggalan di tempat penitipan barang :( . Lain kali pengen coba bereksperimen pake resep yang berbeda dech. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resep Kulit Soes (Sumber NCC yg dimodif) :&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;100 ml air&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;100 ml susu cair&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;125 gr margarine&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;1 sdm garam&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;150 gr tepung terigu&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;3 btr telur utuh&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;1 btr putih telur ( kuningnya utk vla :) )&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Cara Membuat :&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;- Masak air, mentega dan garam hingga mendidih&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;- Masukkan tepung terigu, aduk cepat hingga kalis, angkat,dinginkan.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;- Masukkan telur satu persatu sambil dikocok hingga rata, boleh dengan mixer kecepatan terendah atau pake whisk&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;- Masukkan adonan kedalam plastik segitiga, semprot diatas loyang yang sudah dioles mentega dan ditabur tepung. Sebenernya ini kali kedua aq ikut kursus bikin kue. Yang pertama dulu di Gourmet House . Bikin cotton cake, nanti kapan-kapan aq crita dech...&lt;br /&gt;Kemaren jadwal di SCC sih seharusnya kursus bikin pizza, tapi aq request pengen bikin cake + ndekor pake fondant. Enaknya mereka bener2 mengakomodir keinginan kita. Meskipun yang kursus cuma satu mereka tetep jalan. Jadilah kemaren itu i'm the only one student of that course. Enak banget dapur mereka serasa milik sendiri hehe...&lt;br /&gt;Dari awal semua aq yang bikin. Mulai nimbang bahan ( oh... aq jatuh cinta sama timbangan digital mereka :-) ) , mixer adonan, bikin royal icing, pokoknya semua. Chef nya yang ngarahin. Pertama sih grogi lha wong sing ngajar pernah jadi koki di hotel segala. Liat isi kulkas masih ada pisang raja sama strawberry. Niatnya sih mau bikin pisang goreng tapi trus mba qu nyaranin bikin crepe aja. Yo wis adonan tepung yang tadinya buat bikin pisang goreng diencerin tambah telor jadilah adonan crepes versi theywe hehehe.... Uji coba pertama nyetak masih ketebelen. Langsung tambah air lagi. Selanjutnya lancar-lancar aja... &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bikin sausnya juga pake ilmu kira-kira aja, kata mba-qu yg liat resepnya di tivi pas Bara Pattirawane bikin, cuma strawberry, air, mentega, gula udah itu aja. Aq ga pake takaran. Asal masuk aja plus cicip dikit. Trus tinggal potong2 pisangnya tata di kulit crepes gulung deh. Bikinnya sih gampang cuma pisang, gula pasir, santan, telor, garam , daun pandan. Cuma karena kemaren ngasih resepnya ga pake komposisi ukurannya akhire aq bikinnya pake feeling aja plus nyontek di ncc ( ada tambahan gula jawanya kalo di ncc). Begitu jadi koq lembek ya...diiris ga bisa. Padahal udah ngukus 1 jam lebih. (dalam 1 bulan dah cuti 2 kali )&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Kali ini uji cobanya bikin lapis surabaya. Bahannya gampang, cuma 5 macem: telur, gula pasir, margarin, tepung terigu, vanili sama coklat bubuk. Cuma kue yang satu ini boros di telur. 1 resep 10 butir. Hasilnya .... agak gosong :) . Soalnya ini pake oven tangkring baru, blom familiar. Trus pas mau mbakar gasnya habis. Akhirnya pake kompor minyak. Ternyata apinya kegedean. Cake yang coklat jadi agak gosong :( Solusinya seperti biasa dipotong pinggir2 nya. Untung cuma bikin 2 lapis. Tapi lumayan enakkkk koq.... Salah lagi nich....&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Selidik punya selidik kesalahan pertama mungkin karena aq ganti cream cheese nya pake margarin. Soalnya setelah muter2 supermarket + telpon TBK di Tegal hasilnya nihil. Ternyata cream cheese di Tegal termasuk barang langka ya. Akhirnya diakalin pake margarin ...( ga kepikiran pake cream cheese gadungan ). Ya jelas aja hasilnya jadi kecil he3...Trus kesalahan berikutnya kertas roti yg aq pake buat alas loyang chiffon terlalu pas. Akhirnya bocor deh... Baru masuk oven udah kecium bau gosong, tapi ga ngeh apa, ternyata setelah dibuka adonan yang bocor itu nempel di oven :( . Padahal untuk acara ini aq bikin 4 resep. Kalo ga jadi khan bisa nangis bombay...&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;En betul sodara-sodara, kemalangan pertama dimulai. pas mecah telur. Ada satu kuning telur yang kebablasen masuk ke baskom yang berisi putih telur. Apa artinya? itu putih telur ketika dikocok ga bisa ngembang. Padahal udah sampe pegel ngocoknya. Akhirnya pas jadi kuenya ga bisa tinggi. Tapi untunglah di sessi ke dua tidak terjadi lagi. putih telurnya bisa ngembang. ( Aq bikin sekali ngocok 2 resep ) . Kalo kemaren aq bikin pake loyang bunder, sekarang mama minta pake loyang kotak, biar motongnya gampang, kan mau dimasukkin kardus. Tapi ternyata sepertinya untuk penggunaan loyang ini jadi berpengaruh dech...Itu cake jadi ga mateng-mateng...Jadi yang dipinggir udah kering tapi yang di tengah masih basah. Uji coba pertama pake loyang tulban ( pas itu blom punya loyang chiffon sih ). Bisa dibilang berhasil ( berhasil?? mnurut sapa? versi loe aja kali hehe...). tapi tetep ada tapinya... kurang manis dikit kata rewangku. ( Lagi-lagi karena aq ga tunduk sama resepnya, gula yg harusnya 150 gr, tapi krn kata maki segitu kemanisan aq kurangi jd 100 gr. ternyata buat lidah orang rumah masih kurang manis. Mungkin yang pas 125 gr kali ya...&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;En seperti biasa aq modif dikit resepnya. Kalo diresep ga pake taburan keju. Tapi karena aq doyan keju jadinya ta kasih aja toppingnya pake keju. Salah satu hasil karya selama cuti ya ini nih...Japanese style cheese cake. Resepnya dapet dari blognya &lt;a href="http://chefwannabe.wordpress.com/"&gt;Maki&lt;/a&gt;.Buat yang hobby baking pasti tau kiprah ibu yang satu ini. Kuenya rasanya lembut banget. Tapi karena aq terlalu berani bereksperimen dgn tidak mempedomani resep yang ada. Hasilnya jadi terlalu kecut kata mama. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Aq masukkin 2 sendok makan air jeruk lemon seharusnya cukup 1 sendok saja. ( ini nekat or ga mau rugi ya...) soalnya khan sayang kalo jeruknya cuma dipake sedikit.hehe... Tampilan juga masih acak adul.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Dan dengan Pedenya kue ini aq kirimin ke mba Irdha temenku. Punya pikiran dari pada repot masak di dapur mending beli jadi aja beres. Namun entah kenapa sekarang insap n sadar kalo bagaimanapun naluri untuk masuk dapur itu tetap ada. N ternyata setelah sering blogwalking ke dapurnya temen-temen sekarang jadi hobby juga buat nyobain resep-resep yang ada.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bikin kue gosong, bantat, kurang manis, terlalu kecut ga asing lagi buatku :) Hal itu sering terjadi. Tapi itu tidak membuatku patah semangat ternyata...hajar bleh...kalo hari ini gagal next time nyoba lagi hehe3...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So kalo diblog yang laen banyak kue yang enak &amp;amp; tampilannya mak nyusss...&lt;br /&gt;Aq cuma bisa menampilkan hasil karyaku yang jauh dari sempurna.
